What are your biggest challenges?

Healthy Eating

I have made a good start to the year by cutting down on over processed foods, especially crisps.

Finding time to eat a healthy lunch at work.  I need to eat little and often so my food digests properly.

Avoid dehydration by drinking water throughout the day, it’s so easy to forget with a full timetable and movement from one building to another.

Healthy Body

In August I started cycling regularly but the winter months have interfered with the routine.  I need to get active the challenge is to stop scrolling and get active.

Healthy Mind

Challenging negative self-talk about appearance, growing old and parenthood.  I now have a teenage daughter; our relationship has changed (a little too quickly).
