I am an English Teacher in charge of Literacy, currently teaching in a Sixth Form College.  I have been teaching for 25 years and in that time I have been Head of English for 10 years and Head of Sixth Form for two years.  I have mentored a wide range of, Beginner teachers, NQTs and Teachfirst.  I would like to share my experience and support teachers new to the profession with resources and advice.
